Family beach days have a way of moving fast once you’re in them, with kids running ahead and someone always asking for snacks. As an Ocean City NJ photographer, my sessions are designed so you don’t have to step out of vacation mode to make it work. Everything is planned ahead of time so you can show up relaxed, not thinking about logistics or decisions, and just stay in your day while I handle the rest.

At the Jersey Shore, the best moments happen in between. Sessions are calm and unhurried, allowing kids to explore and parents to stay present. I’ll give direction when needed, but the goal is to let your family be themselves. Kids get to play on the beach, parents get to relax, and the experience feels more like a fun time together down the Shore than a formal photoshoot.

Initial Inquiry
You’ll receive my family session pricing guide, and we can hop on the phone so I can learn more about your family and what you want to capture.
Reserve Your Session
To reserve space on my calendar, you’ll book with a signed contract and retainer. Sessions take place at sunrise or sunset when the beach is calm and the light is best.
Planning + Styling
You’ll receive a session guide, questionnaire, and a styling call with me so we can coordinate outfits together, including shoppable recommendations for the whole family.
Session Day
We'll ease into the session with room for movement, play, and connection. I'll guide when needed, then step back and document the moments that happen naturally.
Gallery Delivery
Within 3 weeks of your session, you'll receive an online gallery of your photographs. You can download purchased images in both color and black and white.
Artwork Design
I’ll help you turn your favorite images into meaningful artwork for your home. From prints to albums, we’ll design pieces you’ll love living with every day.

Timing
OCNJ family sessions take place within the first hour after sunrise or before sunset when the lighting is best and the beach is calm.
Availability
I take a limited number of family sessions every month so I can give each one my full attention.
Location
Sessions can take place on the beach or boardwalk, your front porch, or at another meaningful location.

Do you travel outside of the Shore?
Yes! I photograph families across the East Coast. Please inquire for a custom quote if you are outside my normal service areas.
What Shore areas do you serve?
I work with families in Ocean City, Avalon, Cape May, Wildwood, LBI, Margate, Sea Isle City, and surrounding Jersey Shore towns.
When will we receive our photos?
Your gallery will be available to view within 3 weeks of your session. If you need them sooner, rush delivery services are available.
What if it rains?
If there's a good chance of rain or if the weather is unsafe, we can reschedule and your payment will go towards a future date.
How long will my session last?
Family sessions on the beach typically last 45 minutes to an hour, just after sunrise or before sunset when the lighting is best.
When should i schedule my session?
Most families reach out several months in advance, especially for summer sessions. Earlier planning means more flexibility.
